We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our car wash team. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional guest service. This role is ideal for someone with leadership potential who is passionate about the car wash industry and committed to delivering outstanding results.

JOB PREVIEW:

1. Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of car wash operations, including equipment maintenance, facility cleanliness, and adherence to safety protocols
2. Supervise and train guest service advisors, ensuring proper staffing levels and high-quality service experience
3. Lead by example in providing excellent guest service, greeting guests, addressing inquiries and concerns, and resolving issues promptly and professionally
4. Assist in implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote car wash services, increase sales revenue, and attract new guests.
5. Process guest orders accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems, including accepting payments, issuing receipts, and managing cash transactions.
6. Collaborate with the General Manager and other team members to foster a positive work culture, resolve operational issues, and achieve business objectives.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

1. 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
2. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and empower team members to achieve their full potential
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management
4. Guest-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations
5. Basic knowledge of car wash operations, equipment, and maintenance procedures, with a commitment to quality and efficiency
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the needs of the business
7. Comfortable working outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
8. Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
9. Commitment to upholding company values and fostering a positive work environment
10. Fluent in English
11. Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
