• Patient Volume/Census: TBD, based on radiology department workload
• Phone Consults: Yes, as needed for clinical correlation
• Case Mix: General diagnostic radiology
• Procedures: Standard diagnostic interpretations
FACILITY INFORMATION
• Trauma Level: Non-trauma facility
• Specialty Backup Available: Full radiology department collaboration
• Support Staff Available: Technologists, department staff
• Reason for Coverage: Backfill FTEs as MUSC transitions radiology in-house
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Temporary Privileges Available: TBD
• Credentialing Timeline: Standard; SC license required (can consider non-licensed with FCVS verification)
• Compliance Requirements: Standard onboarding and credentialing requirements
• Cross-Credentialing: Required for additional sites (Black River, Marion)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active South Carolina license preferred; consideration for non-licensed candidates with FCVS verification
• Board: Board Eligible within 5 years
• Fellowship: Required
• Degree: MD or DO
• Experience: Diagnostic radiology
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform diagnostic radiology interpretations for inpatient and outpatient studies
• Support clinical teams with imaging consultation
• Participate in cross-site coverage including Black River and Marion locations
• Collaborate with radiology team and hospital staff to ensure timely and accurate results
