We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Data Entry Typist to help support our team with basic administrative data tasks. This is an entry-level, work-from-home position ideal for individuals looking for a simple, repetitive job that requires minimal supervision and training.
Enter data from source documents (PDFs, handwritten notes, spreadsheets) into company systems or online databases.
Review and correct data for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain data entry requirements by following company procedures.
Update and maintain confidential information securely.
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Communicate with team members via email or messaging apps for updates or clarifications.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic typing skills (at least 35-45 WPM with accuracy).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
Reliable internet connection and a working computer or laptop.
Ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks for extended periods.
