We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Data Entry Typist to help support our team with basic administrative data tasks. This is an entry-level, work-from-home position ideal for individuals looking for a simple, repetitive job that requires minimal supervision and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter data from source documents (PDFs, handwritten notes, spreadsheets) into company systems or online databases.

  • Review and correct data for accuracy and completeness.

  • Maintain data entry requirements by following company procedures.

  • Update and maintain confidential information securely.

  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.

  • Communicate with team members via email or messaging apps for updates or clarifications.


Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
