Description We are looking for a creative and driven Content Creator with a strong background in social media to join our team in Doral, Florida. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to craft engaging content that aligns with our brand's vision in the cosmetics and beauty industry. As a key contributor, you will work on developing innovative strategies and producing high-quality content for both B2B and B2C audiences. Responsibilities: - Manage the company's social media presence across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. - Design and implement content strategies that align with business goals and resonate with diverse audiences. - Utilize AI tools to streamline content ideation, creation, and automation processes. - Create visually compelling assets using video editing and graphic design software. - Plan, produce, and schedule engaging content tailored to B2C and B2B markets. - Collaborate with marketing and design teams on branding initiatives, promotional campaigns, and digital projects. - Monitor content performance using analytics to refine strategies and improve engagement. - Stay informed about trends in beauty, cosmetics, social media, and digital marketing to ensure content remains relevant. - Assist in developing digital materials such as catalogs and other marketing collateral. Requirements - At least 1-3 years of experience in social media management and content creation. - A portfolio showcasing work in cosmetics, beauty, fashion, or related industries. - Proficiency in both B2B and B2C content strategy and execution. - Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar for content creation. - Strong skills in video editing and graphic design using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite. - Passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry, with an understanding of relevant trends and tone. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively. - Availability to work 30-40 hours per week, with a preference for onsite presence initially.
