**Job Title: Construction Laborer / Helper**

**Job Description:**

As a Construction Laborer / Helper, you will play a vital role in the company's success,

working on construction projects performing general labor tasks such as demolition, loading/unloading, digging, and clean-up. We are seeking hardworking and motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in seeing tangible results from their efforts.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist skilled carpenters and superintendents in various construction tasks.
- Load and unload construction materials, and transfer them to appropriate locations on-site.
- Operate hand and power tools of all types.
- Demonstrates mechanical ability.
- Demonstrates proficiency in basic mathematics.
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Perform physical labor as directed by the site supervisor.
- Work efficiently and effectively.
- Strong customer service & great attitude.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in residential or commercial construction is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential.

- Must have a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and have reliable transportation.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions and work within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
