Required Experience and Skills: - Progressive 4+ years of experience in DoD IT Configuration Management and hardware/software configuration audits.
- Proficient in CM tools for inventory control, version control, and data management.
- Strong knowledge of change control processes, Change Control Board roles, and CM documentation.
- Experience with baseline administration across multiple environments and software development life cycles.
- Skilled in the MS Office Suite and database data entry/manipulation.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills, including developing management briefings and documenting technical information.
Preferred: - Experience supporting major program reviews and audits (Technical Interchange Meetings, Preliminary Design Reviews, Critical Design Reviews, Configuration Control Boards, PCAs, FCAs).
- Familiarity with DoDI 5230.24, DoDD 5230.25, DoD 5010.12-M, DoDI 5000.02, DFARS 252.227-7013/7014, and related databases (ASSIST, MICT).
