What You Will Do
- Lay and repair brick and block assemblies for walls, chimneys, and similar structures.
- Review and interpret blueprints/technical drawings to confirm scope and specs.
- Mix mortar accurately to achieve the correct strength and workability.
- Hold every task to high standards for quality, alignment, and safety.
- Coordinate with other construction professionals to maintain workflow and deadlines.
- Care for, organize, and maintain tools and equipment.
- Comply with all safety rules, PPE requirements, and site protocols.
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience as a brick mason, bricklayer, or related mason craftsperson.
- Solid knowledge of masonry materials, installation techniques, and finishing.
- Skill in reading and applying blueprints and technical plans.
- Physical endurance and strength suited to field conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Effective communication and team collaboration.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications are a plus.
