Chiropractor Columbia MO

4-day work week (Mon-Thur)
We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Columbia, MO. We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about chiropractic and providing high-quality care! Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is a fantastic adjuster, a team player, who is willing to go above and beyond for their patients! Work with our dedicated team and collaborate with fellow team members to ensure optimal patient experiences and outcomes! A huge plus if certified in Dry needling or acupuncture. Great work life balance with a 4-day work week, 2 weeks PTO that increases to 4 weeks in year 2, plus holidays! Columbia is ½ way between St. Louis, and Kansas City in central Missouri.

Duties:
  • Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
  • Take, mark, and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
  • Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
  • Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
  • Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications , and benefits of continued chiropractic care
  • Treatment- Chiropractic Care, Diversified, Activator, Motion adjusting (arthrostim), Cox Flexion-Distraction, Dry needling, or acupuncture a plus
  • Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes) Platinum EHR System, and prepare reports
  • Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
  • Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
  • Work closely with the team to gradually increase your patient load
  • Maintain treatment areas in an organized and clean manner to create a professional and welcoming environment for patients.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives as assigned or when invited, contributing to the promotion of the practice's services and brand.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
  • Active Chiropractic license in MO
  • Dry needling or acupuncture certification a plus
Schedule:
  • Full time (4 days per week) Monday- Thursday
Salary (range):
  • $75k-$90k per year plus production bonuses (Depending on Experience)
