Chiropractor Chapel Hill NC
Urgently Hiring
We are looking for a dedicated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Chapel Hill NC.  We have a new state-of-the-art clinic, and we are looking for the right Chiropractor who wants to lead the clinic towards success. Ideally, the incoming Chiropractor is driven to succeed and has 1-3 years of experience, as we are looking for someone to lead and grow with our clinic as Clinic Director. Must be passionate about learning, able to easily connect and communicate with others, have exceptional manual adjusting skills, and be willing to engage in training and marketing activities.
Duties:

• Perform consultation/exams (medical history, focused physical exam)
• Obtain and record patients' medical histories, as indicated.
• Take and analyze diagnostic x-rays, when medically necessary.
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Treatment- Chiropractic Care adjustments
• Coordinate, track, and report key metrics/measurements related to patient management
• Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
• Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
• Build meaningful patient relationships and generate internal referrals
• Participate/lead weekly training for staff
• Community outreach programs and marketing

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Chiropractic license in NC
• Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in North Carolina
• 1-3 years’ experience preferred but we will provide training

Schedule:

• Mon-Friday

Salary (range): 

• $80k-$100k with bonus
