Job Description:Business Associate positions offered by Citadel Enterprise Americas Services LLC (New York, New York). Work closely with Senior Leadership in the Strategy and Transformation Office, and partner with the broader Citadel team to execute the strategic and transformation agenda. Work on projects, applying logical and creative problem solving to deliver fact-based insights, formulate recommendations and drive execution. Evaluate different analytical approaches and methodologies to develop potential solutions, derive insights and solve complex business problems. Provide thought partnership to business partners across the company.Minimum Requirements:Requires a Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field and 2 years of experience in management consulting. Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Building and analyzing data sets to develop business recommendations; Operating data-driven network optimization models; Evaluating complex, separate data sets to provide business insight to senior management; Executing strategic business agendas.
