#1 Craft Beer Seeking Brand Ambassadors

Location: Fernandina Beach, FL (Hiring multiple candidates for Jacksonville, St. Augustine, and Ponte Vedra areas)
Type: Part-Time / Seasonal
Compensation: $10–20/hr

We pride ourselves on delivering memorable experiences for beer lovers and expanding the craft beer culture in our region. We're looking for passionate Brand Ambassadors to represent our brewery at all offsite events.

Role Overview

As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of Mocama Beer Company, connecting with consumers and industry professionals to share our story and love of craft beer. Responsibilities include:

• Event Representation: Attend and represent Mocama at tastings, festivals, vendor booths, and other offsite events.

• Product Education: Share knowledge about our beer offerings, brewing process, and company story with guests.

• Brand Promotion: Engage with consumers and promote Mocama through personal interactions.

• Sales Support: Help drive sales and brand awareness at events.

• Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to execute promotional strategies and gather feedback.

Ideal Candidate

We're seeking energetic, outgoing, and knowledgeable individuals with a passion for craft beer. The ideal candidate will have:

• Beer Knowledge: Familiarity with beer styles, brewing techniques, and the craft beer industry.

• Experience: Must be 21+, previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage and educate audiences.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel to offsite events as needed.

• Certification: TIPS certification or ability to obtain it.

• Transportation : Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; ability to travel to events around NE Florida and occasionally SE Georgia.

• Physical Requirements : Ability to lift 30 lbs (cases/kegs for event setup).

• Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for craft beer, community engagement, and representing a top-rated brewery.
