Job Description

My Ride to Work (MRTW) is seeking a creative Part-Time Brand Ambassador (BA) to generate a rider experience that encourages and incentivizes riders to sign up and continue participating in the MRTW program. Also be able to provide our customers with an ROI by maximizing ridership with a buzz in the market about how cool it is to ride with MRTW. The BA must have a strong desire to educate the public on the benefits of shuttles and utilizing MRTW. Lastly, this role cultivates a culture and environment that encourages the team to grow ridership

• Tabling Events with effective giveaways and a message
• Create ways to reach and educate current staff and potential riders
• Create/drive bonus programs for the team to encourage and incent ridership
• Ridership Appreciation activities are weekly and monthly and include an educational component on cost savings or emissions saved. Identify standards and calendar for RA activities.
• Send messages weekly messages to riders
• Use social media & media campaigns to encourage ridership.
• Monthly drawing with an entry for every day a rider rides the shuttle or some other idea that reinforces and celebrates ridership.
• Rider & customer engagement
• Other duties as assigned

• Must have at least three years of work experience (retail or commission sales a plus)
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Willing to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Must have dependable transportation
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong marketing communication skills
• Willing to be on the move to sites and stops
• Ability to work autonomously and bring a sense of fun to this project
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Organized and capable of managing a project plan
• Word, Excel, and PP skills
• Sales skills or sales type personality
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs on occasion
