Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and operate the Building Management System to ensure optimal performance of all building systems.
  • Conduct routine checks of HVAC, lighting, fire safety, security, and other building systems.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose system faults, perform corrective actions, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of system performance, maintenance activities, and incidents.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams for scheduled repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
  • Optimize energy consumption and recommend improvements for energy efficiency.
  • Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations.
  • Assist in system upgrades, modifications, and integrations.
  • Provide technical support and training to building staff as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering, or relevant technical qualification.
  • Proven experience as a BMS operator or in a similar facility management role.
  • Knowledge of building automation systems, HVAC, electrical, and fire safety systems.
  • Familiarity with BMS software and hardware.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a shift environment, including nights and weekends if required. Key Responsibilities:
