We are conducting a search for a motivated Blow Molding Technician with technical experience in the manufacturing or food processing industry.
What You’ll Do:
• Set up and operate PET blow molding machines and supporting equipment.
• Monitor and adjust process parameters for consistent product quality.
• Perform hourly quality and safety inspections; record findings.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain accurate production logs and communicate with maintenance/engineering teams.
• Participate in line changes, mold installations, and process optimizations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
• Train new operators and ensure a clean, compliant work environment.
What You’ll Bring:
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience or aptitude in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Experience with blow molding processes preferred.
• Basic computer literacy (e.g., Word, Excel, ERP systems).
• Ability to lift ~50 lb and wear PPE in noisy or warm environments.
• Maintain high safety standards.
