We are seeking a full-time bilingual (English/Portuguese) NP or PA to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in our Fall River clinic. You will evaluate, diagnose, and manage a variety of acute and chronic conditions while serving as an essential resource for our Portuguese-speaking community.

Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000+, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
Perform patient assessments, exams, and follow-up c
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Order and interpret labs and imaging
Prescribe medications per MA guidelines
Provide patient education and counseling
Coordinate care with physicians and specialists
Document accurately in the EHR
Requirements:
Master’s degree (NP or PA) from an accredited program
Current Massachusetts NP or PA license
National certification (AANP/ANCC or NCCPA)
DEA certification (or eligibility)
BLS required; ACLS preferred
Fluency in English and Portuguese
1–2 years of clinical experience preferred (new grads considered)
Strong communication and patient-engagement skills
