**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks.
- Create innovative and seasonal drink specials to attract customers and enhance their experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries and requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Accurately handle cash and process payments, including operating the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Stock and replenish bar supplies and inventory, including spirits, garnishes, glassware, and utensils.
- Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to coordinate service and ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Stay informed about the latest mixology trends, drink recipes, and industry developments.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required licenses or certifications (e.g., Responsible Beverage Service certification).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
