As a Mobile Service Coordinator, you’ll be the key connection between our customers, mobile service technicians, and dealership teams. You’ll oversee daily scheduling, logistics, and communication to ensure Apple Autos’ mobile service experience exceeds expectations. What will you do:

  • Coordinate and schedule mobile service appointments across multiple Apple Autos locations
  • Communicate clearly with customers to confirm services, timelines, and expectations
  • Support mobile technicians by ensuring they have the right parts, tools, and information for each job
  • Monitor workflow and dispatch efficiency, adjusting as needed to meet daily goals
  • Partner with Service Managers and Advisors to align processes with dealership operations
  • Maintain accurate service records, appointment logs, and follow-up documentation
  • Represent Apple Autos’ brand promises in every customer and team interaction
What we are looking for:
  • Proven experience in dealership service operations, preferably as a Service Advisor, Dispatcher, or Coordinator
  • Strong organizational and communication skills — detail-oriented, yet people-focused
  • A leadership mindset: proactive, adaptable, and able to motivate others
  • Customer-first attitude with a commitment to delivering excellence
  • Working knowledge of dealership management systems is a plus
