What You’ll Do

As a key member of our Longview team, you'll have the opportunity to work independently while enjoying full support from our clinical and administrative staff. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting hearing evaluations for patients ages 18 and up

  • Performing tympanometry and earmold impressions

  • Educating patients and families on hearing health and treatment options

  • Recommending, fitting, and programming hearing aids using Real Ear Measurement (REM)

  • Providing follow-up care, adjustments, and long-term patient support

  • Counseling patients on communication strategies and hearing device use

  • Documenting visits and coordinating care with referring physicians

  • Participating in community outreach events , health fairs, and educational seminars

  • Upholding HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards

We’re seeking someone who is:

  • Patient-focused, empathetic, and an excellent communicator

  • Committed to best practices and high clinical standards

  • Skilled in both diagnostics and hearing aid dispensing

  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively

  • Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.)

  • Active or eligible Washington State Dispensing License

  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required

  • New grads welcome—we’ll mentor and support your growth!
