Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Athletic Trainer to provide professional guidance, injury prevention strategies, and performance-enhancing support to individuals and teams. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about physical performance, functional movement, and holistic well-being. You will play a key role in helping clients achieve optimal results through structured training programs and personalized care.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement tailored training programs focused on strength, mobility, endurance, and injury prevention
Assess physical conditions, identify areas of improvement, and create corrective strategies
Monitor client progress and adjust training plans to ensure continuous development
Provide first-line support for minor injuries and guide safe return-to-activity protocols
Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, goals, and performance metrics
Collaborate with internal team members to ensure a cohesive and high-quality client experience
Uphold Elevaré Branding’s standards of professionalism, precision, and excellence
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of human anatomy, exercise science, and injury prevention
Ability to design structured, effective, and goal-oriented training programs
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and client-focused mindset
Ability to work independently and manage multiple training schedules
Certification in athletic training or related field (preferred but not required)
