Taylor Management is excited to announce an opening for an Assistant Property Manager. In this vital role, you will partner with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and enhance resident experiences within our community. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and possesses a strong ability to communicate effectively. Salary for this position ranges from $65-$70k

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing resident communications and addressing inquiries or issues.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of repairs.
• Maintain the property’s appearance and enforce community rules and policies.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in property management or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
