BayCare is looking for its newest Interventional Radiology, Assistant Nurse Manager in Clearwater, FL. The IR Assistant Nurse Manager is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective management skills. Supports the Nurse Manager in a supervisory capacity while managing team member and patient care issues. Oversees day-day-day operations within Cardiology. Responsible for appropriate utilization of team members and product resources to efficiently and effectively provide medical and quality patient outcomes. Assists in planning, organizing and controlling aspects of the daily operations. Provides team member hiring, counseling, mentoring and terminating. Conducts team member performance evaluations. Acts as an advocate and leader for continuous quality improvement activities and customer service. Perform other duties as required. Why BayCare? Licensure & Certification: - BLS and ACLS is required from American Heart Association · RN license is required **Education:** - Associate's degree in Nursing **Experience:** - Required experience is 3 years Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, EP, CVOR or acute care experience.
