Location: Belgrade, MT
Pay: Starting at $27.00/hour (higher based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 total - Paid after 90 days
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

About the Role

Are you mechanically inclined and passionate about delivering great customer experiences? Join Ferguson as an Appliance Delivery and Installation Associate and help bring comfort and convenience to homes and businesses across Bozeman. You'll install a variety of appliances while providing top-tier "white glove" service-and we'll provide the training and tools to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Deliver, install, and remove appliances such as washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigerators
• Ensure appliances are damage-free, properly installed , and fully functional
• Provide exceptional customer service to builders, designers, and homeowners
• Attend company-paid training and certification programs
• Operate safely using tools like stair climbers, oven lifts, and air sleds
• Perform driver duties as needed

✅ What You Bring

• 1+ years of appliance delivery and installation experience (preferred)
• Valid state-issued driver's license
• Must be 21 years or older
• Ability to obtain or possess a DOT Medical Card
• Physically able to lift 70+ lbs frequently and 90+ lbs occasionally
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read and follow safety and installation instructions
• Willing to train the right motivated individual
