Job Description:

Required Skills

• Advanced understanding of application development, QA, and integration methodologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages, platform capabilities, and systems analysis.

• Familiarity with project management concepts.

Required Technologies

• Full-stack development experience (Java/Java EE, JavaScript frameworks).
• Agile methodology and Medicare experience.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• AWS Services: EC2, Lambda, RDS, Aurora, S3, VPC, IAM, EKS/ECS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Secrets Manager.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, ARM Templates, CloudFormation.
• CI/CD & DevSecOps Tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Selenium, SonarQube, Synk, AWS CodePipeline, Azure DevOps.
• Security & Compliance: NIST 800-53, FedRAMP.
• Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility and WCAG standards.

Nice to Have:

• Serverless architectures, cloud certifications.
• Containerization and orchestration (Docker, ECS/Fargate, Kubernetes).
• Secure coding practices, IAM, compliance (HIPAA, FedRAMP).

Education & Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Degree equivalency: 4 years of related work experience OR 2 years plus an associate degree.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in application development, systems testing, or related areas.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of cloud-native applications.
• Review code merges and CI/CD pipeline activity.

• Ensure alignment with architectural standards and business goals.
