What You'll Do:Welcome customers and help them find the RV or boat that fits their lifestyle
Use your people skills to build rapport and guide customers through the buying process
Follow up with leads, answer questions, and maintain long-term relationships
Stay informed on inventory and product knowledge (we’ll train you!)
Collaborate with finance and service teams to ensure smooth delivery
Come from a background in bartending, serving, retail, or hospitality
Have strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
Are motivated by performance-based pay and uncapped commissions
Want consistent hours, no late nights , and a better work/life balance
Are eager to learn and grow in a new industry
